DIY Omelette in a Mug

We are in an era where we're too lazy to do anything. Even to make an omelette, it is so tiresome. From getting the pan, to heating it, and then adding the oil and mixing the eggs aahhh too much work. Don't let me get started with after adding the egg to the pan and waiting for that to cook OMG SO TIRING. What bad have we done to deserve this much workload. 

I want eggs without having to put in so much energy. Is that too much to ask???
Hence, OMELETTE IN A MUG was born. *dramatic music*

Follow me as we embark on a journey of effortlessly beautiful omelletes.
 
The steps are as follows:

1. Get one or two eggs, a tomato, spinach, coriander leaves(cilantro), cheese, chilli powder and salt. (portions can be altered according to taste)



 2. Place the egg(s) in a pretty mug.


3. Add the tomatoes, spinach, coriander leaves


4. MIXXX! (add salt and chilli powder appropriately)


5. Divide the cheese into half. Mix one half in the omelette and the other half place it on top like the picture below. 
 

6. Place it in the microwave for 4 mins. If you'd like a runny consistency, then 3 minutes would be enough.



7. You're done! It's time to enjoyyy your 4-minute omelette.




Looks super awesome right?  

 And that is how you make omelette effortlessly. 
I've typed the word "omelette" so many times that it doesn't even feel like a real word anymore. omelette.
